Registration doesn’t guarantee club placement. Lotteries will be run after the deadline and families will be notified of club enrollment before club starts.

We Need Parent Volunteers! All clubs are in need of parent volunteers. Please consider donating your time to help. Your child will be entered in the club automatically, and we will waive your child’s fee! All volunteers need to have a CORI on file.

Do you want to enroll in more than one club? Please choose one club as a first choice and then specify more clubs as additional choices. Only if there is room in any club after we have placed all students, we will be able to enroll more students in more than one club.

To Sign Up Forms must be received by Wednesday September 27

Payment – We offer a flexible fee option! Please do not send money with your registration form at this time. We will collect all payments after confirmation of enrollment.

Pick Up Guardians must make arrangements for pick-up after the club. Children who normally go to the Missituk Afterschool Program will be sent there. All other children should be picked up by a responsible person indicated on the registration form.

Student Behavior We hope every child’s experience in the clubs is fun and positive. Disruptive behavior diverts energy away from the club for everyone involved. Participants who disrupt club activities will be asked to leave without a refund. Students who don’t wish to continue participating in a club will not continue the following week, no refund.

Enrollment Confirmation and Waitlist Club placement is by lottery, not first-come. All forms received by the deadline will be treated equally. Priority is only given to grade 5 students, and students who were in a previous waiting list. Families will be notified before the first club meeting. Please do not send your child to a club unless you’ve received confirmation that your child has a spot.
